采(cai)用(yong)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)壓加(jia)工,由(you)于表面層(ceng)留有(you)表面殘余壓應(ying)力,有(you)助于表面微小(xiao)裂(lie)紋(wen)的(de)(de)封(feng)閉,阻礙侵蝕作(zuo)用(yong)的(de)(de)擴展。從(cong)而提高(gao)表面抗腐(fu)蝕能力,并能延緩疲勞裂(lie)紋(wen)的(de)(de)產生或(huo)擴大,因而提高(gao)缸筒(tong)疲勞強度(du)(du)。通過滾(gun)(gun)(gun)壓成型,滾(gun)(gun)(gun)壓表面形成一層(ceng)冷作(zuo)硬化(hua)層(ceng),減(jian)少(shao)了(le)磨(mo)(mo)削副接觸表面的(de)(de)彈性(xing)和塑(su)性(xing)變形,從(cong)而提高(gao)了(le)缸筒(tong)內壁(bi)的(de)(de)耐磨(mo)(mo)性(xing),同時(shi)避免了(le)因磨(mo)(mo)削引起的(de)(de)shao傷(shang)。滾(gun)(gun)(gun)壓后,表面粗糙(cao)度(du)(du)值的(de)(de)減(jian)小(xiao),可提高(gao)配合性(xing)質。
